FAQ

What are your hours and access policy?
We’re open 24 hours during the week (Monday–Friday), but not on weekends. We’re always staffed, so no key fob is needed—just walk in!
What types of memberships are available?
We keep it simple with two options:

• Month-to-month: $39/month — No enrollment fee, no processing fee, no annual fee, no tax, and no contract (just a 30-day notice).
• Prepaid annual: $399/year — Save $69!
Want to add family? It’s just $20/month per person, and they can come with or without you (this is not a guest pass).
Do you have personal trainers?
Yes! Our coaches are independent contractors, meaning you work directly with them to create a custom plan. They’re truly the best in the business.
What amenities are included with membership?
We do not have saunas, and daycare is not included in memberships.
However, our daycare is amazing—featuring a soccer field, rock climbing wall, and maze/slide!

• Daycare: $20/month for the first child, $10/month for each additional
• Tanning: $20/month
• Add-ons are $20/month each or $200/year (save $40).
Can I bring a guest?
Yes! Guests are welcome for a $15 day pass. If they decide to join that same day, we’ll credit the $15 toward their membership.
